We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team! In this role you will mobilize and allocate work for our workshop technicians while delivering a top-notch customer experience. You’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring that every client’s needs are met with efficiency, sensitivity, and care.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer Vehicle Booking/Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and ensure a smooth workflow for the workshop.
• Customer Reception: Greet clients warmly, listen to their concerns, and document their service needs accurately.
• Customer Care and Updates: Keep clients informed throughout the service process, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Post-Service Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups after service completion.
• Quotation and Documentation Generation: Prepare accurate service quotations and maintain detailed documentation.
• Job Allocation: Assign work efficiently to technicians, optimizing time and resources.
• Quality Control: Oversee service quality to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.

• Previous experience in a service advisor or related role is a plus!
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Be a Qualified Diagnostic Technician or equivalent with five (5) years’ experience in a franchised Dealership
• Possess a minimum of valid unendorsed Class four driving license.
• A Certified Service Advisor or has attended Service Advisor training course.
