SALES AND MARKETING AGENT (FRESH FARM PRODUCE) X2
Job Description
The job exists to manage a sales team to ensure extensive marketing and sales all farm fresh produce to gain dominance in the area and achieve profitability budgets through effective customer engagement and resource utilization. The individual will be responsible for all sales and marketing of all farm produce.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales and customer relationships
• Sale of all farm fresh produce
• Find new markets for all farm produce and sell farm fresh produces
• Daily sales and marketing update to the manager on market trends and demands
• Ensure safe keeping of all farm produce during before and after sales
• Identify potential customers and market opportunities
• Provide customer service including product information and technical advice
• Prepare quotations and sales orders
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and sales activity

Qualifications and Experience
Job Skills and Competences
• Willingness to relocate, stay and live on the farm, and adapt to the farm life is a
prerequisite.
• Excellent logical and critical thinking problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet set agreed business targets and deadlines
• Ability to provide guidance, sound judgment, confidentiality, and interaction with all
key stakeholders.
• Possession of strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, have a strong sense of personal
organization

Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or certificate in sales and marketing
• At least 5 Ordinary levels passes including English and Maths
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in business-to-business sales an advantage
• Proven Knowledge of Farm Produce Marketing experience is a distinct advantage.
• Clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
