Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our security operations, focusing on managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security personnel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, security management experience, and a proven track record in team development and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of security guards.
Manage absence, discipline, and grievance processes.
Lead and mentor the security team to enhance performance.
Ensure security services meet customer satisfaction and contractual terms.
Build and maintain customer relationships, addressing requests and concerns.
Conduct health and safety assessments and assist in incident investigations.
Perform risk assessments, site evaluations, and provide performance reports.
Collaborate with sales officers to secure new clients.
Develop and enforce security protocols and procedures.
Assign and manage security guard duties.
Ability to structure a duty roaster and and duty slips
Manage deployment effectively on a day to day basis.
Track security incidents and recommend appropriate actions.
Qualifications and Experience
1.Minimum of 5 O-Levels or equivalent
2.Security Diploma or higher qualification
3.At least 3-5 years in security supervisory roles.
4.Valid driver’s license (Class 3, and 4)
5.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
6.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide effective solutions
